We know just getting started in a regular laundry service routine can be a little intimidating at first. This is why we set-up our FAQ section – so you will know exactly what you can expect from us and how we serve our Montrose, Colorado clients. There is NO pick-up or delivery charge.
No! We do not have a minimum charge.
You can pay by Pay Pal, Cash, Money Order or Gift Certificate.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through PayPal.
We’ve put in place email and text reminders to make sure you don’t forget. However, if you do forget to leave your laundry out for pick -up or are not at the location designated for delivery, we will try a second time but the third time we will charge a $15.00 for missed pick-up or delivery charge.

Yes, we will pick-up and deliver where you designate it to be.
Not a problem. Just leave the laundry somewhere we can access it and then log into your account and edit your Pick—up/Delivery instructions. Many customers like to leave their laundry at their back door or on front porch if they are not home. Please select a location that is protected from the elements if possible.
Because your laundry items are important, please call (970) 515-7885 and we will arrange a time that you will be home for delivery.
You can expect your laundry to be returned the next day after we pick it up. However, at busy times, expect a 2-day turnover.

No. We wash and dry each customer’s laundry individually in separate machines.
Absolutely, you have full control over how your laundry is done. You choose the water temperature, drying temperature, whether you like natural fabric softener and how you would like your clothes folded.
Yes, you may, however because of what we stand for, we use 100% plant-based products with 100% essential oils and botanical ingredients for scents with no additional charge.
Yes, but it may take a little longer to dry which will determine the delivery time.
Yes, we do. Please place all stained clothing in a separate bag and let us know by leaving a note in your bag or in your laundry profile and we’ll do our best to get it out. While we are usually successful on removing stains, we can not guarantee a complete success. Always remember it will increase the odds if you pre-treat the stain prior our pick-up.
No, we do not, however, we will be glad to deliver your articles to a tailor or a dry cleaner for an additional $5.
